liblexical-var-perl software package provides Perl module for using static variables without namespace pollution, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblexical-var-perl
liblexical-var-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblexical-var-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblexical-var-perl *
You will get with liblexical-var-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
